Pagetect SF41

resin floor production site

Pagetect SF41 is a high performance, solvent free, chemical resistant, epoxy resin coating. Different grades of slip resistance can be achieved by inclusion of graded aggregate between coatsIt may be used as a hard wearing coloured floor coating in areas such as factories, warehouses, plant and storerooms where high resistance against chemical attack is required. Also used as a line marker in demarcation areas.

Environmental Considerations

The finished system is assessed as non-hazardous  to health and the environment. The long service life and seam less surface reduce the need for repairs, maintenance and cleaning. Environmental and health considerations are con trolled during manufacture and application of the products by Page staff and fully trained and experienced contractors.

Technical Information: The figures that follow are typical properties achieved in laboratory tests at 20°C and at 50% Relative Humidity
Fire Resistance BS476-7 Surface spread of flame: Class 1
Slip Resistance Dry >40 low slip potential Method described in BS 7976-2

(typical values for 4-S rubber slider)

(in accordance with HSE and UKSRG guidelines)

The slipperiness of flooring materials can change significantly, due to the installation process, after short periods of use, due to inap propriate maintenance, longer-term wear and/or surface contami nants (wet or dry).

Textured systems are recommended to meet slip resistance value requirements for wet conditions and/or surface contaminants (wet or dry) – please contact our Technical Advisors for further details and  specifications.
