Car Park flooring is exposed to extreme changes and situations. The decks of both exterior and top-level parking structures are subject to the elements year round come rain or shine. Constant pedestrian and vehicle traffic cause wear and tear.

Page offer the solution in the form of a hardwearing slip resistant Polyurethane floor coating or screed designed to protect decks from fluctuating temperatures ,UV exposure, water ingress fuel spillage and chemical attack. All the while also being able to withstand the impact and wear that the constant traffic causes.

The car park resin flooring system will help to enhance visual appearance, improve light reflectivity, reduce noise from tyre squeal and prevent water ingress into any car parking structure. The Resin flooring we install also has safety in mind with a highly accredited fire rating.

We can bespoke the colour to match the car park branding, whilst signage and line demarcation do the job of directing traffic and pedestrians along safe routes. Walls can also be coated with an anti graffiti scratch resistant finish epoxy, this product is also resistant to spray paints and permanent marker. Giving your car park the all round finished look of quality. Couple that with quality workmanship and a project delivered on time and in budget and that is what Page as your Resin flooring contractor will deliver.

We will make sure your flooring specification is tailored to individual areas and requirements. Ramps and loading docks for example take the strain of heavy vehicles for prolonged periods of time. We lay a heavy duty Resin Flooring system in these areas to provide a surface that will stand up to the rigours of these highly trafficked zones. The areas where pedestrians go to and from their vehicles and where they enter and exit the car parks should be safe and slip resistant. We incorporate slip resistant media into the resin flooring ensuring a safe floor to walk on.

Project - Ambulance Service

The Ambulance service needed a Resin Flooring system that would both stand up to the intense nature of their vehicle movement and also look pleasing to their employees. It was absolutely critical that the project was completed on time using rapid cure products. We specified and installed a rapid cure MMA Resin Flooring System. The concrete floor to the car park was prepared and the Epoxy Resin laid. The area was accessed less than 4 hours later ensuring that the Ambulance crews remained mobile. We completed the Resin Flooring system with stencils and installed traffic and pedestrian management walkways in safety red and yellow colour.
