Description:

Applied in two or more coats. Generally solvent or water borne.

Duty:

light foot traffic, occasional rubber tyred vehicles.

Typical Thickness:

up to 150 µm

Description:

Applied in two or more coats. Generally solvent free.

Duty:

light foot traffic, occasional rubber tyred vehicles/regular foot traffic, frequent fork lift truck traffic, occasional hard plastic-wheeled trolleys

Typical Thickness:

150 µm to 300 µm

Description:

Applied in two or more coats. Generally solvent or water borne.

Duty:

lregular foot traffic, frequent fork lift truck traffic, occasional hard plastic-wheeled trolleys

Typical Thickness:

300 µm to 1000 µm

Description:

Aggregate dressed systems based on multiple layers of floor coatings or flow-applied floorings, often described as ‘sandwich’ systems.

Project - NIA Birmingham

New Resin Flooring was needed at the NIA to the main arena and around the concourse. Page were pleased to be the flooring contractor of choice and working closely with the client around the busy schedule of events delivered a first class Flooring System. The vast area was prepared by vacuum assisted shotblasting and scarifying the surface was filled and levelled ready for the Flooring system.

Two coats of High Build Epoxy Resin Flooring was roller applied with added polypropelene non slip media.
