Made from high-quality, food-safe PVCu polymer that can handle temperatures up to 60°C. It meets all current European Union (EU) Directives on health and hygiene. This makes it particularly suitable for use in commercial kitchens.

We install quality wall and floor systems using our own fully trained operatives. Completing the hygienic package we install flooring that can be coved up the walls to allow for full wash down situations. Heavy duty screeds that allow steam cleaning of the floor, or antimicrobial polyurethane Flooring are just some of the hygienic floor system options we offer.

Description:

Applied in two or more coats. Generally solvent or water borne.

Duty:

light foot traffic, occasional rubber tyred vehicles.

Typical Thickness:

up to 150 µm

Floor coating

Description:

Applied in two or more coats. Generally solvent free.

Duty:

light foot traffic, occasional rubber tyred vehicles/regular foot traffic, frequent fork lift truck traffic, occasional hard plastic-wheeled trolleys

Typical Thickness:

150 µm to 300 µm

High build floor coating

Description:

Applied in two or more coats. Generally solvent or water borne.

Duty:

lregular foot traffic, frequent fork lift truck traffic, occasional hard plastic-wheeled trolleys

300 µm to 1000 µm

Multi-layer flooring

Description:

Aggregate dressed systems based on multiple layers of floor coatings or flow-applied floorings, often described as ‘sandwich’ systems.

Resin screed flooring

Description:

Trowel-finished, heavily filled systems, generally incorporating a surface seal coat to minimize porosity.
