Heathrow Airport needed their 5,000 M2 service hangar flooring upgraded. The floor coating needed to be resistant to the very aggressive aeroplane fuel SKYDROL, whilst also being anti slip in the working areas.

The hangar floor was prepared using a combination of vacuum assisted Blastracing and Vonarxing. Two Coats of High Build Pagedur DD was applied. Areas were defined using contrasting colours to highlight where the aeroplanes were to be positioned.

Parcel Force needed a hard wearing resin floor to with stand high impact, high traffic areas in their vehicle repair centre.

The client required a fast turnaround of the project as the area was constantly being used to repair their fleet of vehicles.

Page prepared the floor using a combination of vacuum assisted shot blasting and diamond grinding. Two coats of rapid cure High Build Epoxy were applied with anti-slip media incorporated. Traffic management areas were highlighted using contrasting coloured Epoxy.

The result was a robust floor for the demanding work environment, and a safe floor for the employees.

Unilever were installing a new Production Line. Page were given the contract to upgrade the flooring and design and install drainage into the production area.

Timing was critical because the installation of the Production line machinery needed to progress at the same time. Page worked nights to ensure the flooring and drainage works progressed,whilst also working closely with other contractors installing the production line machinery.

Specialist channel cutting machinery was used to install the drainage system. The flooring system laid was a 9mm trowel applied Heavy Duty Polyurethane system, incorporating falls to complete the drainage needed for steam cleaning.

Harman wanted to reposition their canteen. We installed both the hygienic wall surfaces as well as the Epoxy Resin flooring.

The old floor coating was fully removed and the concrete floor repaired, new expansion joints were installed along with the Rapid Cure Flooring to ensure a seamless finish..

The result a smart new canteen area for the employees to enjoy, with the advantage of an easy clean, hard wearing wall and floor system.

The flooring had sustained considerable impact damage, the customer not only wanted a new floor, but also wanted to incorporate stock and product control boxes to help with 5S lean production.

The area was prepared by vacuum assisted shot blasting to remove the existing coating. Primer with a 2500 additive was applied to the floor to fill and even out the surface.

Followed by the application of 2 coats of a High Build Epoxy Resin incorporating a non slip media. The demarcation boxes and lines were added to finish the project.
